BMX Freestyle Park is a UCI recognized freestyle riding sport. Riders use ramps and obstacles to perform tricks. A jury awards points based on style, aesthetics, skills, use of the park and creativity. The sport will become Olympic in 2020.

The Royal Dutch Cycling Federation (KNWU) inspires cyclists to become the best in their respective fields. As a relatively new discipline, the KNWU aims to attract more people to this exciting and fascinating sport. As such, we looked into how we can take Freestyle BMX to the next level.

CLEVER°FRANKE was asked to give fans, spectators and competitors a more engaging, front row experience to the bikers’ performance through ?a compelling, digital showcase ?of their run.

Hogeschool Gent, also known as HOGENT, is a college for students with character. Students who wish to make their own mark on society. Over the academic years, HOGENT has become an extensive organisation in which, each year, 13,000 students develop their futures.

There is no denying the fact that the evolutionary growth of HOGENT caused a natural proliferation of communication styles and types across the many faculties, courses and departments. The existing house style felt dated and was no longer aligned with its key audience: the students. It was time for some expert refinement of HOGENT’s identity with a complete rebranding.
